Comit was founded on 1 February 2001 as a limited company. Our principal activities include purchase and sales of goods in the construction industry as well as property purchase and rentals. Throughout the years, we have focused our activities on property rentals and their maintenance.
We offer factory, warehouse and administration spaces for rent. Maintenance and service of properties are provided by our core employees. Service and assembly of electrical equipment is provided by our electrician and inspection technician. We are consistent and comply with agreed conditions so that you can fully focus on your business.

We own properties for rent by total of 16 000 m2, lands and areas of approximately 98 000 m2. We will ensure their smooth operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Factory-Warehouse hall M1
The factory-warehouse hall M1 is divided into 5 naves and the remaining smaller areas. The direct access into the hall is commonplace.
Administration spaces
We offer administration spaces- 8 completely renovated 27 – 45 m2 offices with electric heating.

The factory-warehouse hall is centrally heated and prepared in advance for a bridge crane. It is divided into 2 naves and has a two-floor walled part.
Hydraulic arm and lift
We offer for rent an assembly hydraulic arm with a horizontal radius of 27 metres and a type JLG 4394 RT scissor lift.
